• 7-9am: Packet Pick Up at Virginia Beach Field House
• 9am: Virginia is For Lovers 14k Start (In front of Virginia Beach Field House)
• 9:15am: 1.4 mile Run Start
• 10am-12:30pm: Post Race Party
• 11:30am: Awards Ceremony
